  Place your home on Realtor.com, the largest and most used home search site on the internet.
  Place ads in local newspapers.
  Hold open house when appropriate.
  Arrange showing for other agents.
  Review progress and marketing activities with owner.
  Pre-qualify potential buyers.
  Present and discuss all offers on property with owner.
  Negotiate the transaction with the other agent.
  Monitor and track the transaction through escrow making sure everything is done.
  Finalize and close escrow and deliver proceeds to owner.
